INSPIRE - Leadership Development Program

The INSPIRE Program offers leadership development for talent like you getting ready to start their career journey with ACCOR. During a 18 to 24 month period, you will gain valuable leadership experience while also benefitting other aspects of our program.What you will be doing:Our property will provide you with a platform to shine, showcasing your skillset and innovative attributesYou will learn to understand the fundamentals of hospitality and your property's operations in order to develop your expertiseThrough mentorship you will be provided with a guide to learn by exampleWith many networking opportunities to connect both digitally and in-person a strong foundation will be built across ACCORGain valuable experience in operational areas within the HotelDevelop your hospitality and technical skills in luxury service and a variety of job roles.Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleaguesFollow all hotel policies, procedures and service standards
