HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii is seeking to hire a Payroll Administrator to carefully and completely process payroll, using the payroll process procedures and the payroll checklist. The Payroll Administrator helps to ensure compliance with quarterly and year-end payroll taxes and processes. The Payroll Administrator is a contributing team player on an HR team and provides general administrative HR support. The schedule for the Payroll Administrator position:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility for the start and end time
Thi s is NOT a remote position and will be working at our corporate office in Keaau
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, and Accounting are a plus
Two (2) years of related work experience or equivalent
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to identify processes that can be improved with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Experience using APS or comparable HRIS/HCM desired
