Housekeeper Lead

Must consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.  Must achieve a productivity of 12 credits per day. Credits are assigned based on size and type of service  Strip units and remove all trash  Clean units including but not limited to bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, decks  Bathrooms - Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes  Bedrooms -Strip and make beds, change bed linens, which may require lifting of all soiled linen  Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linens  Consistently maintain unit inspection score of 80% or above as dictated by established by the resort  Ensures proper use of all equipment and supplies following established procedures  Immediately reports Lost & Found items following established procedures  Work in a team environment and assist with other duties as necessary
