Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and service-oriented Driver to support a high-performing real estate agent with daily transportation, errands, and property-related tasks. This position plays an essential role in maintaining a smooth and efficient workday, ensuring the agent stays on schedule and properties are presented at their best.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Based out of Lahaina
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive the real estate agent to and from appointments, property showings, meetings, and events
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained, including regular washing and fueling
- Run miscellaneous errands such as deliveries, picking up signage, supplies, etc.
- Assist with open house setups and breakdowns, including signage placement and light staging support
- Water plants and help maintain curb appeal at listings as needed
- Provide occasional light administrative or property-related support
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
- Professional, punctual, and dependable with excellent time management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Friendly, helpful demeanor and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet as needed throughout the day
Compensation & Benefits
- $30/hour, full-time employment
- Health insurance benefits (Kaiser Hawaii), eligible for enrollment following four (4) consecutive weeks of employment
