ProBuilt Hawaii is looking for highly skilled residential ROOFERS and GUTTER INSTALLERS to join our growing team in Hawaii. The primary roof systems we install are concrete tile, asphalt shingles, cedar, and metal roofs, and our rain gutter division installs traditional seamless K-style gutters in copper and aluminum. Our projects range from multi-million-dollar large-scale commercial properties to multifamily buildings to residential roof replacements.

Job Title: Roofers & Gutter Installers
Position Type: Full-Time (W-2)
Pay: 80k - 100k+ (based on experience)
Requirements (Must-Haves)
ROOFERS: Must have 2+ years’ recent experience working as a roofer in residential roofing with an in-depth knowledge of various sloped roof systems, the products used in those systems and their installation, including concrete and tile roofs.
GUTTER INSTALLERS: Must have 2+ years’ recent experience working as a gutter installer in residential roofing with an in-depth knowledge of traditional, aluminum seamless K-style gutters. Knowledge of seamless copper gutters is a plus.
Must be a detail-oriented professional with a driven, motivated personality
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work visa
Knowledge to inspect and ensure attention to detail and quality, and to identify, correct, and report unsafe conditions according to company standards
Excellent listening skills
Maintain professional and technical knowledge
Physically fit: Able to lift/carry 80+ lbs and work on ladders/roofs
Must take pride in clean, code-compliant work with a good team attitude
Stable work history and clean criminal background, including no recent DUI convictions
Must be able to routinely pass drug tests
Proficient English speaker is a plus, but not required
