Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the company’s Vision: “Best place to work & Best place for our guests to do business” and Mission: “Build long term relationships with our associates & guests & make a positive difference in our community”.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service-Assist guest in securing the parts that they need. Must be able to identify companion parts to support the guest experience.

Inventory- Responsible for inventory to be replenished daily and back orders are monitored and back orders and will call orders are returned if not picked up.

Order fulfillment- Pull the requested part and notify Manager if inventory is out of stock. Must follow up on back ordered parts.

Payment- Collect and record payment according to set processes. Ensure that all internal part orders are billed to the appropriate dealership. Issue refunds as needed.

Training- Must keep abreast of all required training.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least two years’ related experience required.

Current human resources and/or compensation credentials or certification preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
