Multiple positions needed for face paced construction site.
1.) Post, beam and fascia prep and repair. Must have experience with spackle, putty, Bondo, orbital sander and multi-tool. Ability to work at height on an extension ladder. Painting experience would be helpful.
2.) Detail-oriented and dependable Construction Documentation Specialist to capture, organize, and maintain photographic and written records of all phases of our residential construction projects. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with remote audit requirements, internal quality standards, and contract documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly to take clear, high-quality photos of each stage of the build, from foundation to final inspection.
Ensure photo documentation aligns with project timelines and milestones as outlined in contracts and audit requirements.
Organize, label, and upload photos to designated storage platforms or shared drives in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate written logs and brief summaries for each documented phase.
Communicate with project managers, site supervisors, and administrative staff to coordinate scheduling and updates.
Ensure all documentation meets internal standards and audit guidelines.
Report any site issues or documentation challenges to supervisors promptly.
