Landscaper Needed

I am looking for someone who not only knows how to fix a sprinkler, but who has a passion for gardening. it would require knowing how to keep bugs away, and the skill to shape the bushes so the yard always looks maintained. The obvious mow and blow would need to be done with every visit as well. The hauling of cut and fallen foliage would be part of the job.
