Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair split ACs, primarily Daikin systems. The ideal candidate will be dependable, customer-focused, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and service residential and commercial HVAC systems (split systems, mini-splits)
Diagnose issues and perform preventative maintenance
Communicate with customers to explain system issues and required repairs
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; technical or trade school certification preferred
2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
