HELP WANTED: General Laborer – High-End Residential Construction
RVC Hawaii is a well-established, high-end residential home builder looking to hire a General Laborer to support our job sites and crews. We specialize in luxury custom homes and take great pride in delivering quality, detail, and excellence in every project we build.
Position: General Laborer
Location: Poipu, Kauai
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Responsibilities include:
- Site clean-up and general organization
- Assisting carpenters and trades with tasks as needed
- Loading/unloading materials and tools
- Light demolition and prep work
- Basic construction duties (measuring, cutting, hauling)
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, professional job site
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet all day
- Previous construction experience a plus, but not required
