Established and successful farm in Central Oahu (25+ years strong) is hiring a dependable, hands-on team member to manage cacao operations, assist with turf grass logistics, and overall farm support. This is a full-time, position with full benefits.
You’ll be working alongside experienced farmers helping to launch a new cacao tour experience, so any background in agriculture, cacao, or tourism is a plus—but not required. What matters most is that you’re motivated, reliable, and ready to get your hands dirty.
Job includes:
Assisting with cacao farm management and harvest logistics
Helping fulfill grass/turf orders and support farm operations
Pitching in wherever needed—this is a true team-player role
Being part of a new cacao tour venture from the ground up
Requirements:
Must have valid driver’s license
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Experience with cacao or tours is great, but not mandatory
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
