Job Summary:
As a Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing fine carpentry work that includes the installation of trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, molding, and other detailed woodwork in both new builds and renovation projects. You’ll be a key player in delivering high-quality, precise, and aesthetically pleasing finishes to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and finish woodwork including baseboards, crown molding, door frames, cabinets, window casings, and other decorative elements.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood components accurately to fit design specifications.
- Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards and aligns with client specifications.
- Work with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter (minimum of 3 years experience).
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
- Detail-oriented with excellent craftsmanship skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and tools.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with custom cabinetry and trim work.
- Ability to operate power tools and other specialized carpentry equipment.
- Experience with both residential and commercial projects.
