This entry level Vehicle Upfitter Tech/Receptionist will be a vital part of our team. This position will be in training for a full-time technical vehicle upfitting work and responsible for front-of-house customer service duties. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with excellent customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
Greet customers, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns.
Manage appointments, schedule, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain records and files.
Assist with various office tasks as needed.
Vehicle Upfitting:
Install and maintain emergency and specialty vehicle equipment (radios, sirens, lights, etc.).
Plan and execute upfitting projects for various agencies.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with installed equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
