Arita Poulson General Contracting, LLC is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to join our team. This position requires proactive and experienced leader to oversee on-site construction operations and ensure successful project execution in accordance with plans, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Enforce and maintain the Company Safety Program at all job sites.
Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Engineer to ensure project success.
Supervise total construction activities to meet design specifications, budget, and timelines.
Analyze project constructability and identify potential deficiencies in plans and specifications.
Provide technical guidance on construction methods, equipment, and plan interpretation.
Oversee site logistics including staging, security, and site access for personnel and materials.
Control job site perimeter and safety for all on-site individuals.
Schedule, coordinate, and supervise work of subcontractors, outside contractors, and company crews.
Document progress through:
Daily logs
Master and look-ahead schedules
Digital photographs
Written memos, drawings, and reports
Support administrative departments with:
Timecards
Purchasing and receiving logs
Enforce company and client policies, procedures, and safety requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of Superintendent experience managing projects of similar scope and complexity.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Working knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
Must be physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
