Project Manager needed to manage a small renovation project near Pearl Harbor. Flexible schedule, part-time, 3-6 months in duration.
Small GC seeking part time Project Manager to support renovation and repair of church property. Scope of work expected to take 3-6 months and includes:
Managing subs in replacing roof and repairing damaged framing
Installing new windows and AC
Cleaning up old hazardous electrical panels and wiring
Installing new flooring and light fixtures
Upgrading bathrooms
Painting interior and exterior of building
GC is based in mainland and will be managing architect and owners. PM and GC will work together to solicit bids, negotiate contracts and manage workflow. GC will manage architects and owners and confirm scope of work.
Project manager should be knowledgeable about Oahu materials suppliers and sub-contractors and be available to go by job site 2-3 times a week to coordinate workflow with subcontractors.
Compensation to be at $75 per hour by W-2. GC estimates that it will take 10-15 hours per week on average to manage job over 3-6 months.
GC will be available 8/9 thru 8/17 and is available to meet in person and walk job.
