- Read and interpret blueprints & plans
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Ensure high-quality workmanship & attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
-3+ years of carpentry experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders/scaffolding
- Reliable transportation & a strong work ethic
