Job Description (CARPENTER)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to determine the scope of work.
Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
Select and order materials, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and countertops.
Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or structures.
Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects and engineers.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver heavy materials.
Education and Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Carpentry apprenticeship or relevant certification is a plus.

Job Description (LABORER):
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction projects. The ideal candidate is physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to take on a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Assist carpenters and other team members with various tasks.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth to prepare for construction.
Operate hand tools and equipment under supervision.
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and trash.
Follow safety guidelines and report any safety concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a laborer in the construction industry is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
