Kona Coast Vacations is a growing vacation rental business, that focuses on guest and owner satisfaction. We manage up to 260 condos, homes and estates from Keauhou to Mauna Kea. We are looking for a full time maintenance person to assist in guest services. Many of our team members have been with us for over 8 years, growing into their positions. Every day brings something different. Compensation based on experience, starts at minimum of 19.00 per hour . We offer 40 hours per week, fully paid healthcare, and upon a qualifying period there are 401K contributions and profit sharing plans as part of compensation.
Tasks include:
troubleshooting and resetting internet, cable and tvs.
delivering items to guests
some warehouse operations include unpacking, packing and storing supplies.
property checks for maintenance items
battery replacements for remote controls, smoke detectors, etc
maintaining clean work places, some hauling and trash removal
This position includes guest interaction
Clean drivers license is required. Vehicle provided during work hours
