Job Title: Appliance Technician
Employment Type: Contract (1099 after probationary period)

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair various household appliances
Perform routine maintenance and inspections

Complete jobs efficiently and accurately
Requirements:
Reliable car necessary for transportation to job sites
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
Previous experience in appliance repair desired, but not mandatory
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication and customer service skills
Compensation:
Paid per job initially
Transition to a 1099 contractor status after a 3-month probationary period
