Salon booth rental

I am looking for either a hairdresser or a nail tech to rent part of the salon which I’ve worked at for many years. I’m looking for someone with experience and loves what they do,preferably with clientele. It is a beautiful space to work in peaceful and private with lots of parking. I’m looking for someone that’s independent and run their own personal business.
