We’re looking for talented and energetic part-time hairstylists that offer outstanding customer service, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about delivering the Pigtails & Crewcuts experience. If you love working with kids, love to clean, and are looking for flexible working hours, join the team!
Job Requirements:
- Valid HI cosmetology or barber license
- Ability to work on the weekends
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and patience when working with kids and their families
- Comfortable working with different types of hair
- Experience in applying nail polish and hair tinsels is a plus
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services for children and adults
- Work in a fast paced environment and finish haircuts in a timely matter
- Creating a welcoming environment for all clients
- Ability to cut different types of hair and styles
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients
- Cleaning duties including but not limited to sweeping, wiping mirrors, sanitizing chairs and equipment, and mopping floors.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and prepare the shop for the next day.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with families and co-workers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest hair trends and techniques
