Aloha,
We’re looking for a motivated, grounded, and heart-centered massage therapist to join our small, supportive team on Maui. This is a unique opportunity to work in a private, poolside massage cabana surrounded by the soothing sounds of birds and waterfalls—or to take your skills on the road with outcall appointments at clients' villas and vacation homes.
This is not a spa. It’s a peaceful, professional space where clients come to relax and receive deeply nurturing, quality bodywork—without the pressure to upsell or push retail products.
Opportunities include:
Cabana Shifts: 1–2 set shifts per week (potential for more if desired)
On-Call Appointments: Flexible schedule
Outcall/Villa Massage: Must be comfortable traveling to client locations (Wailea & Kihei)
You are a great fit if you:

Requirements:
Valid Hawaii Massage License
Current liability insurance
Reliable transportation (including for outcalls)
Willingness to travel for mobile massage (cabana is 1/4 mile from the nearest bus stop)

Independent contractor position
Commission-based pay
Flexible scheduling—open 7 days a week (first appointment at 10am, last at 4pm)
No upselling or retail sales
Paid working interview massage
