This position will assist the Management team in promoting the products and services offered by the Company using strategies that maximize sales and profitability. In addition, a significant portion of this job involves Customer Service and Account Management.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products.
Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
Evaluate and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area (Hawaii).
Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.
Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.

Education and Experience:
Required: High school diploma or GED
Experience working with people in a business setting
College degree preferred, business background a plus
Sales or Customer Service experience desired
Be able to use and maintain company CRM software
Working Conditions:
Warehouse/Office environment – consistent use of a Mac computer, telephone
Travel on site to client locations will be necessary, limited travel to neighbor islands will occur
