The Role:
As a Retail Sales Professional, immerse yourself in a vibrant retail tourism environment where your passion for island lifestyle can shine. You'll connect with customers, helping them discover products that resonate with the spirit of Aloha and our beautiful Maui setting.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and purchases.
Drive sales through effective techniques, upselling, and cross-selling additional items.
Guide customers in selecting the right products, sharing your extensive product knowledge.
Handle transactions accurately, managing cash and credit payments with ease.
Keep the sales floor inviting and well-organized, including restocking and arranging merchandise.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail sales.
Familiarity with retail math and basic transactional skills.
Strong communication abilities to deliver outstanding customer service.
Jewelry sales experience (a bonus, not required).
