Introduction:
KFP Enterprises LLC is a local owned fire protection company who services the entire island of Kauai.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and support field technicians on inspections and jobs.
- Must be willing to help fellow coworkers in the field when needed (e.g. delivering a part for a job).
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Selling and inspections of fire extinguishers at the warehouse when needed.
- Manage inspection appointments.
- Answering phone calls and addressing concerns.
- Handling deposits and bank runs.
- Keeping record of inspections or jobs and ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of office and warehouse.
- Submitting work in QuickBooks and invoicing.
- Manage non-compliances for inspections.
- Manage past due invoices.
Education, Experience, Certification, Licensure:
- Education: High School GED.
- Experience: 1.5 years of progressive accounting or office experience. Knowledge in QuickBooks and Excel is preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated person.
- Certification: None required.
Nature of Supervision:
- Supervised by office admin and business owners.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. schedule (we are flexible if you work another job).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- We are only considering applicants who currently live on Kauai.
