Small Jewelry company looking for an Office Assistant. Great opportunity for someone to learn how a small business operates. Must have a positive attitude, and be able to work independently. Must be detail-oriented and organized. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position is for Part time . Must be available 20 hours per week (2-3 days monday-friday)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Office support to the staff
Organize supplies
Fill perfume bottles
Roll and label pareos
Label Towels
Pull Wholesale orders and deduct items from inventory
Respond daily to all SMS, email accounts and social media platforms.
Manage and update the custom order list as needed.
Participate in events doing sales and providing customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication skills that let you converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers.
Experience and knowledge of sales, customer service and growing genuine relationships.
Ability to prioritize customers and time management to provide the best service possible.
Organized and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
