Security guards

Looking for reliable and on time security guards with security guard card in good standings for full time and part time position. Security guards are to patrol the property on foot, monitor security cameras, help investigate water leaks, check on violators who are violating the house rules. Issue out house rule violations with photos. Write down incident and daily log reports. Must have great customer service. Verbal communication skills, proficiency in writing and basic computer skills, team work, decision making skills, must be able to walk and climb stairs. Maintain at all times visible presence on the property. Write down electric meters. Check temperature readings on the roof top of all three buildings. Place elevator pads up for move ins, move outs, deliveries and contractors. Issue out parcels. Days and hours may vary. Please send resumes with security guard card and three references.
