Position: Warehouse Assistant for Inventory Management and Order Fulfillment
Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Assistant your role will involve fulfilling retail store and web orders and managing jewelry + clothing inventory.
Responsibilities:
-Process and fulfill online and retail orders promptly and accurately.
-Systematically manage inventory and organize materials, including jewelry components, apparel, and office supplies.
-Place orders with our suppliers to ensure a steady flow of materials.
-Coordinate tasks for the production team, streamlining workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Location Requirement: Living in/around West O‘ahu is preferred as the role requires commuting to Kapolei.
Transportation: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills Needed:
- Highly Organized
- Very good with calculations and numbers
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both open and effective.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen visual eye, especially when working with small jewelry materials.
Desired Characteristics:
- Willing to take on any task that is assigned. Trustworthy, loyal, committed, focused, efficient, punctual, deadline oriented.
- Self-motivated, organized, and maintains a positive attitude.
