Job description:
Explaining to customers about our merchandise & products
Having a uplifting leader type personality to lead in conversation with customers
Cleaning/dusting/sweeping of the shop
Watering plants/spraying plants
Keeping displays, clothing racks separated and neat.
Ringing people up with a smile and giving them the best experience possible
Open/closing procedures
Setting sales goals and doing your best to reach them!
Being very attentive to people and customers, being able to read personalities and know when someone needs you.
Our retail shop is new to Koloa town, but we are not new to retail. We own other businesses on island and have decades of experience. Join us and work in a beautiful new shop filled with lots of great products & clothing!
We are located in Koloa town, inside the Hongwonji building with dark horse coffee shop. Our shop is 2 levels, main floor is all new merch and upstairs is Koloa towns first consignment shop!
