Hanalei Surf Company is looking for friendly, reliable, and stoked individuals to join our team in beautiful Hanalei. If you love surf culture, good vibes, and helping people experience the best of Kaua‘i, we want to hear from you!
We’re currently hiring full time and part time retail sales associates. Surf experience is a plus, but the main thing is a great attitude and solid work ethic.
What you’ll do:
Greet and assist customers with aloha
Keep the shop clean, stocked, and looking fresh
Share product knowledge and local surf insights
Help with merchandising and inventory
Work in a fast-paced, fun environment with a tight-knit crew
What we’re looking for:
Positive energy and a team player mindset
Reliable and punctual
Retail or customer service experience preferred
Available nights & weekends
Love for surfing, beach life, and Hawaiian culture a big plus
