Resident Manager or Site Manager: 60-unit townhouse complex in Aiea.
This is not a desk job. You will perform landscaping work, investigate water leaks, coordinate with some vendors, like plumbers, lighting companies, etc., and use your social skills to work with residents. Learn the residents and motivate them to follow the house rules. You will report to the Board of Directors and the Management Company—2-bedroom 2-bath housing provided with one parking stall.
