Seeking Property Manager to Manage 2 units in Waianae for Property Management.
We have several properties in Waianae that are Fully furnished. Seeking Part Time Home Based Property Manager to Screen Tenants, manage properties and process lease contracts. Experienced PM and Real Estate Professional preferred. This will be a 1099. Base pay and commission for managing these 2 units only. Great for Part time work.
The 2 units are as follows:
3 Bedroom / 1 bath. Fully Furnished
1 Bedroom / 1 bath with Full Size Kitchen / Fully Furnished
Just completed $100,000 renovation. Open to Mid Term Leases and Longterm Leases. Payout for each Rental Contract and 5% Payout for existing Tenant. This is a Midterm (3 & 6 Month) Rental and 1 year long term rental.
