We are seeking a full-time Property Manager for Equity Properties, Inc., a local management company located in Honolulu near Costco Iwilei.

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to meet deadlines
Self-starter, takes initiative
Work well with others; team player
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work with concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail
Knowledge of MS Office programs
Proficient letter-writing skills
Must be bondable
Must have an active Hawaii Real Estate License
Knowledge of AOAO, HOA
