Position: Property Management Assistant
Hours: 20 hours per week, 8am to noon, Monday to Friday
Potential: Opportunity for full-time in the future
Responsibilities:
Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
Coordinate building work and improvements with vendors and office tenants.
Perform tenant move-in and move-out procedures with attention to details.
Monitor parking and conference room logs to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in preparing monthly reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Email/Outlook, Excel, and Word
Prior customer service experience is helpful.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
