Who is disciplined with a military mindset. No non sense, zero complaint, zero excuses, able to go outside the job description for the owner and handle task that may not be work related at all. Be able to return calls and text within 15. min of the Owner reaching out.
The owner is very generous but has little patients for individuals to follow through. He does not work on Aloha time,
