Essential Job Functions:
-Scan and file documents to support the Accounting department
-Handle mail
-Assist with document retrieval
-Process monthly customer statement
-Process daily statement
-Provide customer assistance through phone interactions and support
-Perform various projects and other duties as assigned by the manager
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Good customer service skills and a solid understanding of basic administrative accounting functions
-Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
-Proficient in time management and task prioritization, able to stay organized and work independently
-Capable of taking directions and communicating professionally both in writing and verbally
-Ability to write simple business correspondence with correct grammar and spelling
-Proficient in using a PC and familiar with Microsoft Office
-Skilled in basic math
-Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required
-Ability to collaborate well with other team members to foster a respectful and professional work environment

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma
1-2 years of experience in office settings or an equivalent within a large computerized environment is required
1-2 years of experience in a high-volume sales or service environment with substantial document interactions is preferred
