Hosoi Garden Mortuary, a locally owned and operated company, is seeking a full-time Office Assistant/Receptionist in our Life Plan office. The ideal candidate is responsible, dependable and highly motivated. We value those who are sensitive to the industry we’re in – those who are compassionate and kind. Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors ina professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Research and respond to incoming inquiries
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Assist with office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Follow office policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality at the front desk
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience, minimum 6 months
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage priorities/deadlines
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
10-key by touch, MAS90 and Access experience helpful
