General office duties to perform administrative work, answering emails and phone calls, responding to in-person inquiries and requests, and collecting payments.
Administrative support to Management: e.g., correspondence, placing phone calls, internet research.
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, notices, and forms. Assist maintenance with contacting tenants/owners as needed for access. A more detailed job description will be provided during the interview.
This is a Monday-Friday position, 8:30 A.M. - 5 P.M. with a starting hourly of $15 plus health insurance benefits.
