The Role
We’re seeking an Entry-Level Administrative Support team member to assist our agents and ensure our clients receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages
Responding promptly and professionally to emails
Assisting agents with day-to-day client needs
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Preparing mailouts and assigned administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Basic administrative experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train!)
Strong communication skills
Eager to learn with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and be trustworthy

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (weekends off!) Part time also available
