Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love working in a dynamic office environment? We're seeking a part-time Clerical/Administrative Assistant to support our team with efficiency and enthusiasm.
Position: Temporary Part-Time Clerical/Administrative Assistant
Location: Waipahu
Hours: 12 to 15 per week
Pay: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
Maintain office supply inventory
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
Requirements:
Proven admin or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
High school students, High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
Willingness to learn a must.
