As an Airbnb Assistant, you will be integral in delivering outstanding customer service and administrative support to ensure a seamless experience for guests
Must live near Waikiki (Ilikai hotel). Please make sure your resume includes your current home and work address and travel time to reach the Ilikai
Ideal candidate will have remote/flexible schedule during the day and reliable transportation to be able to visit unit to drop off items for guests, answer guests questions, take pictures of unit after checkout, and other errand/assistant tasks. Ideal candidate will have some light handyman skills. Please mention current work and flexibility of hours in current job.
Must have reliable transportation, mobile/internet connection and respond to messages in a timely fashion.
Hours are not fixed, but based on guest requirements, so a flexible schedule is required.
