We are a busy local Design Build firm in Haiku with a focus on sustainability and modern design.

We are looking for one incredible individual to join our operations team. We're looking for a full-time candidate.

Our ideal candidate will have:

- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

- 1 to 2 years of experience working in a professional office setting

- 1 to 2 years of customer service (preferred)

- Experience in Project Management and Construction is a plus

Your qualities should include:

- Strong organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to prioritize workflow and deadlines

- Ability to work under minimal supervision

- A problem solver that can think critically

- MAC/Apple proficient

- Proficiency with technology and document management systems

- Proficient with Adobe and other computer programs

- Must have a "can-do" attitude

What we offer:

- Full-time (40 hours a week)

- A three-month Probation Period

- 13 Paid Holidays a year (after your three-month trial period)

- 12 PTO days (available to use after one year with the company)

About the Role:

You'll be working closely with the Director of Operations in assisting with day-to-day operations. Responsibilities may include client intake, invoicing, proposal preparation, schedule management, and project management.

To be good at this job you need to be good with computers, especially with Apple. The majority of the juggle is email communication so good grammar, and clarity combined with brevity are appreciated.

Currently, we have an operations team of five, and ten designers/engineers. Everyone is passionate about getting work done in a timely manner while doing work that is improving the status quo of our community. It's an exhilarating and quick-paced environment and important you are not easily distracted.

Once you're up to speed, we'd love to see what your strengths are and give you the opportunity to grow with the company.

Responsibilities may grow over time and you will be compensated accordingly.
