Job Description:
Responsibilities will include answering phone calls, customer service, filing, completing daily follow-ups, and sending out correspondence by email or fax. Daily word processing, data entry, and appointment scheduling. Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Prior administrative and computer experience required. Must be organized, deadline driven, and have the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention detail. Prior experience in real estate and property management a plus but not required.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay Rate:
$17.00 to $18.00 per hour
