Administrative Assistant - Full Time
Growing office for a well established Life Safety Company is looking for a career minded Admin.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Invoicing Customers
-Receivables/Collections
-Filing
-Travel Arrangements
-Scheduling Services for our offices in Maui, The Big Island and Oahu
-Contract billing (AIA progress billing) experience is a plus
-QuickBooks experience is a plus
-Able to learn proprietary software
-Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and general office equipment
-Other duties as assigned
