Assistant needed to Answer Phone, Make Appoinments, Scan Documents, File Folders and Similar Tasks.
Will assist in organizing client documents and following up with client.
Will assist office staff in filling out client intake forms.
Must be good at organization, self starter, dependable and show up on time.
Should be able to type and able to use Word and Excel.
