This part-time position with our property management company will have the right candidate working closely with our office manager and could potentially become a full time position.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
1) Bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, bank reconciliation, etc)
2) GET/TAT/OTAT Tax filing
3) Other admin duties
We are looking for someone who has basic accounting knowledge, is familiar with Quickbooks and filing GET/TAT/OTAT taxes, Microsoft office programs (word, excel, etc.), Google Docs, Google Sheets and possess a Real Estate License. But we are willing to train the right individual. Our ideal candidate is very organized, self-motivated, a fast learner, team player, and has a positive attitude.
