The Property Manager (PM) position requires a full-time individual who will be responsible for the general administration of the physical facility and the supervision of all property staff employed at the project. This project serves adult consumers who are homeless and who are diagnosed by the State of Hawaii, Adult Mental Health Division as being Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI).
QUALIFICATIONS
SHDC manages and operates various homes and programs under separate Federal and State contracts. Homes and programs may dictate differing levels of education and experience requirements. Each home is evaluated on program and tenant requirements that may change from time to time. Employees will be advised at time of interview the educational and experience requirements. Minimum educational requirement for all homes and programs is a high school diploma or equivalent.
