Hilo based lawyer to file a lawsuit

A former employee won’t release the GitHub housing all the source code of the software. We need a lawyer to draft, file and serve him with the lawsuit. Budget is very tight due to inability to rebuild software that generates money. We can afford $500 flat fee plus court and sheriff costs for serving the lawsuit. Once it’s filed, we anticipate that he will cave and return the stolen property. We don’t need any help beyond filing. Would appreciate any help we can get.
