We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Roofing and Waterproofing Specialist. Full time position needed for Roofing & Waterproofing contractor on Oahu. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction-related tasks and a strong understanding of roofing and waterproofing techniques. Salary is between $20 and $35 per hour depending on experience in Roofing and Waterproofing. Davis Bacon work also available with wage rates up to $67 per hour. Experience in asphalt shingles a plus.
Duties
- Perform roofing and waterproofing installations and repairs
- Work on construction sites to ensure proper waterproofing measures are implemented
- Utilize knowledge of schematics to plan and execute projects effectively
- Engage in remodeling projects involving stucco, tile laying, drywall, and trim carpentry
- Conduct construction estimating for roofing and waterproofing projects
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- Prior experience in roofing, construction site work, and waterproofing
- Proficiency in various construction tasks such as tile laying, drywall installation, and trim carpentry
- Knowledge of schematics for effective project planning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Familiarity with plumbing systems is a plus
