We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of our facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance and lifting or moving requests from staff and tenants
- Install fixtures, furniture, and other items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
